RisCanary ™ is the basic product.  The Social Media is monitored for key issues and those high level issues that might impact the brand of the company are identified and reported to the client in real time.

Using a set of proprietary tools, we analyse the entire universe of the social media and if desired can add in any and all internally produced data (like customer surveys, complaints, Atta boys, feedback of any kind) and put it through a series of parsers, language analysers, prioritizers that have been customized based on the clients needs and hot-buttons, to drive trends and issues.  Essentially, we turn the masses of data into useable information that is ready for decision making.
